E-gift certificates are non-refundable and items purchased with e-gift certificates are only returnable in exchange for another EmilyStrange.com e-gift certificate.
Recipients of e-gift certificates must have email and access to the World Wide Web in order to receive and redeem their online e-gift certificate. The recipient of your choice will receive an email from us with their unique e-gift certificate code, instructions on how to redeem it, and an optional message from you.
