My Account is a brand new feature at EmilyStrange.com
Even if you have previously joined our mailing list, placed orders, created a wish list, joined the S.O.S. Forums or Emily the Strange Fan Club, you will still need sign up for My Account to access all of your EmilyStrange.com information and features in one convenient location!

Verifying emails
Email is our primary means of communication with you, so it is important that you ensure that your email address is valid and that you can receive our messages.

Contact Information
Your contact information is also used to auto-fill billing and other information throughout EmilyStrange.com.

Address book
Your address book stores your shipping addresses for you so that you don't have to re-type them every time you make a purchase on EmilyStrange.com.

Why we need to know your gender?
We use this information to help better understand our customer base.

Why we need to know your birthdate?
We use this information to stay compliant with U.S. law. Click here for more information.

Where is the S.O.S. log-in page?
The S.O.S. log-in page has been replaced by the "My Account" sign-in page.
My Account is a new feature that encompasses all of EmilyStrange.com, including the S.O.S. Forums. Read Account Benefits for more details.

You are required to sign up for My Account to use the S.O.S. Forums.
To connect your S.O.S. profile with My Account:
    1. Go to My Account sign-in.
    2. Sign in with your S.O.S. name and password.
    3. You will be asked to sign up for My Account.
    4. Follow the instructions to sign up.
That's it! You will be able to use your S.O.S. profile when you sign-in to My Account.

If you sign up for My Account without first entering your S.O.S. name and password into the sign-in page, you may use this form to connect your S.O.S. profile with My Account.
After you do so, you will be able to access your S.O.S. profile.

Fan Club
To join or to view your membership details, sign in to MyAccount and select Fan Club from the navigation menu. If you have a membership but cannot access it, click here.

E-gift Certificates
On account overview you can see a list of E-Gift Certificates that were sent to your email address. Only certificates with an available balance will be listed. You may redeem your E-Gift Certificates during check-out.

Cancelling Your Account
If you would like to cancel your account, please contact customer support.
